Are you looking for support at a difficult time in your life? Have you been considering counselling but feeling unsure how to start or who to choose?

You can book a consultation with me to discuss what it is you are looking for and to see if I might be the right person to help you.

I am a qualified Integrative counsellor providing counselling services both online and face-to-face in Clapham, SW4. I am a member of both the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).

As your counsellor, I can provide you with the space and support to explore your thoughts and feelings, express your fears and anxieties without fear of judgement and identify the areas you may want to work on to move forward towards a more positive and fulfilling life.

Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss what I can offer, ask about fees or arrange an initial consultation.

My approach

My own life experiences have taught me how important it is for us to learn to accept ourselves. By this I mean having more compassion for why we are the way we are, and from there think about what we would like to change. And I know that it isn’t always easy. The first step is to acknowledge that you want more from life. The second is to reach out for the help and support you need for your journey. I can provide that support.

I work relationally to help clients build the self-awareness and self-esteem they need to live a more fulfilled life. My role in this is to be a companion. Together we will look at your experiences and your relationships, both past and present, and explore the ways these have shaped you into the person you are today, and how they might be impacting your current life.

My practice

I provide a broad-based therapeutic service to adults of all ages and backgrounds, guaranteeing a confidential, safe and non-judgmental space for my clients. I will always work at your pace and with your wellbeing in mind.

I have experience of working with a wide range of needs, both specific (depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use) and general (feelings of isolation and helplessness, feeling stuck, lacking a sense of purpose or meaning in life).

I can provide both short-term solution-focused therapy and longer-term deeper work on the self.

I have experience providing therapy using the following models: Brief Therapy, Humanistic, Integrative, Person-centred, Psychodynamic and Relational.
